Customer Service

The staff of Professional PR participated in a Customer Service training organized by the Ministry of Training, Employment, Youth and Sports in collaboration with Tonga Visitors Bureau by the charismatic Gerry Hassan of Kiwihost (NZ) at the International Dateline Hotel.

Funded by the New Zealand High Commission, the short term training was a great reminder of what great customer means. It was also a wonderful opportunity to meet colleagues and learn other perspectives.

One of our staff members was also selected to join in the Train the Trainers workshop later conducted at the Tonga Visitors Bureau. Participants can now share their new insights and conduct courses on customer service in any industry.
