Carnival Day July 5 2007 Carnival Day for the Heilala Festival 2007 was organised and managed by Professional PR Tonga, and was an outstanding success! The Carnival Stage Area included a basketball tournament, Blood Bank, Red Cross, Vaiola Hospital booths, FORUM Logo entries' display, kid's games and face painting, as well as a main stage with entertainment from Popua Youth, various hip hop groups, Mr. Tonga, Mrs. Tonga, and the ultimate stage challenge with Coco Chandelier.   Despite the rain, an enthusiastic crowd turned up immediately after the Heilala Float Parade to cheer on the entertainers and be entertained themselves.   Thanks to A.
